“Location in the center of Newcastle, close to restaurants and facilities. Parking was very good and safe, but was an additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful, gym was good. Room size was large and thet kitchen and dining area were very good. Bedroom was large and bed comfortable, a mirror in the bedroom would have been good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.”

“Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again.”
