“Quiet and comfotable”

“We were in the area for a wedding and stayed a few extra days at The Amelia. We loved the hotel and had a huge 1 bedroom suite on the top floor. It felt like staying in someone’s personal home. The hotel is extremely clean and our room was kept tidy daily. There is a small kitchen area stocked with coffee, tea, drinks and snacks. “The room was clean and nicely decorated. There is no staff on the property, but were reachable via text. There were snacks in the kitchen and a fridge to store a few things in. The parking is limited & inconvenient, having to move our car from one side of the street to another to adhere to odd/even days. We enjoyed the outdoor space.”

“This place is gross! The staff was terrible and tried to convince us we did not have a reservation. I don't think they changed the sheets from the last guest. It is a great location to downtown Hudson but be wary. ”

“The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. “This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival.
