“We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. “We were sent to a room that was already occupied !! Only upon entering we encountered a man coming out the shower as surprised as we were It took another 45 minutes to sort a room and at no time did anyone say sorry!”

“My 90 year old Mum and I stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Super comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included speciality coffees and a good menu of choices. The sun shone for us and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“Convenient if travelling by train, beds made once during 4 night stay, cleaned once during the same time. Sink had come away from the wall and the shower was leaking sufficiently that I isolated the power. Had to ask for clean towels and water for the kettle”

“There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . Draw stuck out the side of bed . It would not close . I kept catching my leg on it . The headboard was dirty . The stairs was very steep. Not the best hotel. won't stay again . Meals was awful .
