“I did not got the door code/door key, for four nights I was taking all my stuff out and bring it back when I need to use room for night. When booking the room was different to the room I got, which was not great for me, not happy with the service that I got, lots of issue, basically it's a HMO building.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! AWFUL SERVICE. I booked this property for me and my friends and the booking was cancelled LESS THAN TWO DAYS BEFORE. I was promised and refund and have been chasing this for the last month and the property is completely UNCONTACTABLE! Hotels.com have not refunded me nor will they unless the property replies! Hotels.com has now given up and I have lost over £400! DO NOT BOOK HERE!”

“Not easy to find,since no street-number supplied until asked for. Expected en-suite - bathroom shared (between 2 rooms) and quite a distance from the bedroom. Access arrangements (and supervision) sketchy - via key-safe on telephoning (never-seen) owner. However, the bed was very comfortable and the location quiet.”
