We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. “My family and I rented this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and yard were wonderful. My dogs loved playing ball in the yard and the home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently located to Sea Isle, Avalon and Stone Harbor there was plenty of fun things to do without having to go very far. The property owners were fabulous and so quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!”
