“Staff was friendly overall and answered all of my questions. I liked that it is close to shops and restaurants within walking distance, with a wide variety of options nearby. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.”

“They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit”

“Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Hot coffee was available at all hours. Parking was easy. Location is convenient to multiple universities. Room 101 ( where we stayed ) was roomy, but the main bed is against a wall with a mechanical room on the other side that hummed all night.”

“Management. Staff EXTREMELY rude and apparently discriminates against certain people? Upon check in, was never told where anything was located ( laundry, vending, what to do about fresh/dirty linen. Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Tissue box, cardboard food container, (empty/cleaned). When i returned, there was a note that they pride themselves on cleanliness. If i didn't clean...

“I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. The staff member at the front desk was the one saving grace; she was supportive during this process. Also, I saw a sign that the dryer was broken. A person who had been staying...
