Hotel vicino a Stone Tolan House Museum - Rochester

“This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“There’s no plugs by the bed side just old usb setup that’s not compatible to today’s technology, i didn’t like the cold air that screams throw the balcony door and the property was very cold even with heat on because cold air getting in I’m anemic didn’t feel great”

“Best Hilton Garden Inn I've ever been in, with excellent rooms and a shockingly good restaurant. The facility surpasses some full blown Hilton Hotels. The only downside is the price. Quasi-Manhattan prices in Rochester, NY???”

“The hotel was dirty and the hotel as a whole was extremely runned down. Breakfast was lacking...not even having milk, extra bagels etc.. Our family will not be back.”

“I booked a reservation for my granddaughter who was traveling from Alaska with two small children and when she got there they said the reservation was canceled with no explanation and she had to take an Uber to some place where they were available. she says the place was horrible. the staff was horrible. it was dirty and all kinds of riff Raff all around there. she said she would never have stayed there. anyway, please do not go there and by the way they charged me for her stay when she didn't...

“We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The man at the check in was very welcoming and pleasant. I believe his name was Adam. In the evening the fire pit was lit on the patio and it was a nice evening spent outside at the fire. The breakfast was great in the morning. When checking out the gal who checked us out was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again and plan for more then one night.”
