“This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“There’s no plugs by the bed side just old usb setup that’s not compatible to today’s technology, i didn’t like the cold air that screams throw the balcony door and the property was very cold even with heat on because cold air getting in I’m anemic didn’t feel great”

“Upon our arrival we were told by the desk clerk that he could not find our reservations for two rooms. These rooms were booked and prepaid. I showed him our receipt but was told that there were absolutely no rooms available. After much prompting on our part he called his supervisor who found us two handicapped rooms. Not what I had reserved so we were able to change rooms the next morning. Then I got a text from our credit card company that we had been charged $640.00 for a room that had already...

“The hotel was dirty and the hotel as a whole was extremely runned down. Breakfast was lacking...not even having milk, extra bagels etc.. Our family will not be back.”

“Best Hilton Garden Inn I've ever been in, with excellent rooms and a shockingly good restaurant. The facility surpasses some full blown Hilton Hotels. The only downside is the price. Quasi-Manhattan prices in Rochester, NY???”
