“Great breakfast”

“The tv in the room didn’t work I called reception they said someone was on the way up to the room - they never came Peacock out side the room all night and morning squawking and people running up and down the corridors all night ”

“The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat wasn't on straight. Blood on the bed sheet. Staff were not interested and unhelpful. We had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived. We thought we would try to spa and we also had to pay for that. We asked for towels in the spa and the staff just shrugged and said there wasn't any. The changing rooms were dirty and no lockers to put valuables. The steam room was set at the temperature of the sun and the sauna wasn't on ”

“Ottima soluzione per visitare il Peak District. Posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale se siete in auto. Arredamenti essenziali appena un po’ datati ma molto pulito, cordiale il personale e valido il ristorante.”

“Beautiful hotel. No complaints whatsoever. I stayed in the Crescent Room for 2 nights, while I didn't need or require my room to be cleaned by the housekeepers, I was still left with fresh towels at my door. The breakfast was brilliant. A lot to choose from, not only from the buffet but the menu too. Just book your stay, even if you don't use the fabulous spa, you won't be disappointed with the stay, it's an experience in itself.”

“Had a lovely stay food was much better this year however the menu could be a bit more varied. ”
