“The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. “We have stayed at several VRBO's that are individual rooms in a historical residence, this was by far the best. The host's attention to individual detail was beyond expected. The time spent there was like "a night in the museum". The apple pie that greeted us was superb (we waited until breakfast the next morning). We experienced a major snowstorm during our stay; the snow clearing and clean up was timely and complete. (even cleared out the gazebo). The location is extremely convenient to all...

“Very easy to reach host if anything needed. She left 2 delicious slices of pie for us on our arrival. A wonderful and unexpected treat. The apartment is well furnished, quiet and well located. It is on the second floor, so it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to reach it.
