“We stayed in the Overlook Lodge. There are no staff members in attendance -- you must check in a half mile away at the Inn. You need your room key to get into the lobby of the lodge day or night. Our room was on the second floor -- it was only accessible by a long flight of stairs. Don't bring a large suitcase..”

“It’s a very old property!! If you enjoy antiquities, this will serve you well.. The food at their restaurant is average, nothing to scream about!! The location is very nice, with the trees and landscapes..”

“Walked into room saw a centipede the size of a baseball walking around, bunch of smears and weird marks on the headboards of the bed, had to fiddle around with the A/C for 10 minutes to get it to work.”

“The rooms were large, staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast had a large variety of food.”

“The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be.”
