“Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Luckily he mentioned it later, and it got sorted and refunded. Would definitely stay there again, beautiful old building, and although a pub was very quiet in our room, ...

“Lovely clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The shower riser rail needed replacing in one room as we had to hold the showerhead in order to use it. But water was hot and plentiful. Lots of parking available and electric car charge points too. Despite being near the main road the room was very quiet and no traffic noise heard. Staff were helpful although mixup on first morning with who was working so breakfast slightly delayed. 2nd day was much better with decent breakfast (but please...
