“We had a great time everything was perfect. Host were easy to contact and were proactive with recommendations. My wife and I came to the mountains to find waterfalls and couldn't of asked for a more perfect home base, just minutes from both DuPont and Pisgah.”

“It's a rustic old farmhouse with modern touches in the mountains of Southern Virginia that reminded us of our Grams home. It was peaceful and secluded just as we desire and a great home base for 5 state parks in the area. Getting to see and feed the horses was the icing on the cake for our littlest traveler. ”

“Please note this listing only sleeps 8, not 10 as listed. There is no double bed in the living room as shown. This was a misrepresentation leaving 2, 50 year old women to sleep on a dated couch and loveseat that were far from comfortable. When i brought this to the owners attention there was no acknowledgment or reply. Our first impression, however was favorable as we found the house cute, well supplied and convenient for us.
