“The space was just as pictured. Well appointed w linees, kitchen set up, appliances, even soap/cleaner packs for guests in case they didn’t bring some necessities. Hot tub was awesome! Quiet, tucked in little neighborhood, close to a bunch of shops. ”

“This is a great property, close to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. My only complaint is that there wasn't a notebook explaining various things we wanted to know - like about the tv remote, location of the outside parking place, how to turn on the dishwasher and suggested close by restaurants. We asked several questions of our hosts, which they promptly answered, but providing that information up front would have been a good idea.”

“Great pad. Elevator is a bonus. so many breweries distilleries restaurants right in the hood. Walked further out of our neighborhood downtown one night no problem and hiked to the Arts district one night and ride shared back to our neighborhood. Outdoor space was great parking in garage and the extra space out back were ideal for us. (one came from the east one came from the west.) . Had all the little things one doesn't bring dish/laundry soap.All in all a stellar stay.”

“Spacious with three king size bedrooms. Needs some attention to repairs. Table was too wobbly to use. Kitchen cabinets are in need of repair, the electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work for the hair dryer, but management was willing to repair. Sparsely stocked for our one month stay. We had to buy supplies like laundry detergent, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and other other items that were one use supplied. We did not use the hot tub. “Clean place with plenty of room for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay. One thing is that the doors all need some oiling or something as they all were a bit noisy/squeaking.”
