“This was our first time staying at Sonder apartment and we loved it. Communication from the get go was great, and check in instructions were clear and concise. We liked having access to our room right away and not having to check in with the front desk, yet there was always someone there if we had any questions. The room was bright and clean. The location was fantastic, very walkable. I will now look for Sonder Apartments anywhere I travel!”

“There was an issue at check in when I could not get into the flat with the access code provided. I was eventually able to reach staff via the chat and resolved the issue after being provided with a new code. Other than that hiccup, the stay was fine, the flat was clean and the noise from the streets were negligible. The one observation with the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is that there is only one air con installed inside the half-walled bedroom whereas the other room has none; so it is quite hot...

“Posizione buona, si raggiunge in 20 minuti a piedi il centro città ed è molto vicino anche alla fermata della metro. Colazione buona. C’è disponibilità di parcheggio ma non viene data la possibilità di prenotarlo quindi accade che bisogna parcheggiare in altri parcheggi in zona.”
