“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Ottimo hotel con camere spaziose e pulite. Buona posizione per visitare la città. Comodo il parcheggio, a pagamento, ma con la possibilità di entrare e uscire con la macchina. Da rivedere la colazione, un po' troppo caotica dato lo spazio a lei dedicata rispetto al numero di ospiti dell'hotel, nel complesso buona con tanta opportunità di scelta.”

“Pretty Basic , quiet. Sink in bathroom not functioning the stopper wouldnt allow water to drain. Had to use kitchen sink for washing and brushing my teeth. Owner should have a pen and paper I was looking for something to write on .”

“We did like that they offered free self parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bilingual which was helpful as well. It was great walking distance to the Old Montreal/Old Port. However the free self parking was a bit of a walk away from the hotel itself and it’s underground. Also, the bathroom has an all tile shower floor which is not safe. It poses a risk to slip and fall in the shower and a mat is not available when you step out. Other than that, our safe was pleasant.”

“I absolutely love the hotel called the Sonder, and when it closed down, my heart was actually broken because they had some of the most comfortable beds ever. When I booked my hotel for Montreal, I did not know until I walked into the room that it used to be one of the Sonder hotels, and the minute I sat down on the bed, I knew I was going to have one of the best sleeps ever; it was so worth going to the place, as it was a great sleep experience.”

“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend this property. The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. “Surprisingly large room, with large “original “ stone wall. Very comfortable bed. Quite despite being above a popular area. Well stocked kitchen. Very attentive and responsive staff”
