“The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, spacious room. The front desk staff were not good at all. I paid with my credit card and she said it didn’t go through and told me to do it again. I got an email from my cc saying it was a successful transaction. I showed them that it had gone through but they insisted I pay again. I even called the cc and they said it was a successful transaction as well. The supervisor was rude and insisted that it was not their issue. I paid a second time and just...

“It’s easy walking distance to the Old City where there are lots of restaurants and shops. It’s also walking distance to the Central Train station. Parking is available on site but it’s expensive. Otherwise it’s new and so everything is in good repair and there were no problems. I would stay here again for sure.”
