“Le personnel de l’hôtel est très aimable et courtois. L’hôtel est magnifique avec tellement de belles plantes partout, on oublie qu’on est dans le centre-ville de Montréal! Nous avons aussi apprécié la gentillesse/l’attention qu’on eu le personnel avec notre enfant. L’hôtel est parfait pour les familles et on a pas l’impression de déranger. Seul petit bémol, à notre arrivée nous n’avions pas de lit de bébé malgré notre réservation. Ce fût rapidement corrigé par contre. Nous allons...

“Soggiorno perfetto. Hotel di qualità a 300 metri dalla stazione centrale. Camere molto grandi, dotate di cucina, forno a microonde, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione però si potrebbe migliorare, non ci sono succhi di frutta né bacon o uova strapazzate. Solo uova sode. Ma, a parte questo, un ottimo soggiorno. Complimenti...”

“The valets are excellent, lugging our two big pieces of luggage up several flights of stairs to our lofts. The loft was clean and spacious, close to all amenities Old Montreal has to offer. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood is right off a main area; however our room was quite protected from any noise. The front desk were friendly and courteous. I would stay at either the lofts or try their main hotel the next time I visit”
