“My wife and two kids had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Village this past week. The rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Location was great, in the heart of the village but away from the loud nightclubs, ideal if you have small kids. Pool and hot tub were a great temp and never too crowded. Especially love how robes and slippers for kids are provided, just let the hotel know your kids age and they will provide the...

“While the overall building is totally fine, the room was not cleaned property when we got there. There was dried blood on our bed skirt and laundry left in the dryer. One of the chairs was very wobbly and unsafe. Also the mattress was quite soft, which might be fine for some. We have stayed at a dozen different places in Whistler and I don't think that we will be returning to this place.”

“Comfortable stay and all appliances worked. Fifth floor high enough to minimize evening plaza noise. Supplies were basic and adequate. Only had one bath, hand and wash towel per occupant but believe you can request extra if needed. Kitchen pans limited to frying pan, large soup kettle and medium sauce pan, ”
