“No room service even if I stayed for 7 days.. the staff kept knocking the door before the checkout time on the last day to clean the room”

“The bed was like sleeping on a hard rock. There was no elevator. We are 76 and 81 which this made the climb with luggage near impossible. The 1st night experiences made us decide to check out in the morning. We had paid in advance for 3 nights. We were so disappointed we decided to eat the expense of the next two nights and check into a nearby facility. We may never use your booking service again.”

“The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn...
