“There was a mouse in the room. I watched it crawl across the couch and run across the floor. Not once but twice! I left the hotel afterwards and was told by the hotel I had to reach out to Expedia to receive a refund. I contacted Expedia which then said they had to contact the hotel. I was told I would not receive a refund. Absolutely disgusting and wrong!!!!”

“The pool and hot tub were closed, dogs running around in the lobby, we asked for a handicap accessable room and received one for a hearing impared. Without the grab bar in the bathroom my wife hurt her foot and we had to leave at day early.”
