“Super small, gym was a joke. Cant refund changes even if it was within 24 hours of booking to include having insurance. Just book a hotel at this point. ”

“Große Wohnung. Aber nicht für 4 Leute geeignet, da Couch nicht als Schlafcouch verwendbar für 2 Personen. Einrichtung ist nicht luxuriös sondern Standard. Leider waren Couch und ein Schrank bei unserer Ankunft beschädigt. Auf meine Nachricht per Expedia Chat wurde nicht reagiert.”

“Fine apartment, centrally located, comfortable enough bed. Had very minimal furnishings (one small lamp next to the bed, with blue light - awful for sleeping; one fan). The check in instructions/photos did not give the right instructions on how to find the lockbox, and I had a long back and forth with the host trying to find it. Because of the lockbox, I just did not feel safe in the space - like anyone else could also have the code and come into the flat.”

“Das Appartment befand sich in ischöner nnerstädtischer Lage, fußläufig zu einem Supermarkt und Bäcker. Die Ausstattung hatte alles Notwendige für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Die beiden großen Fernseher hatten leider keinen Antennen- oder Kabelanschluß, so dass leider nur Netflix möglich war. Die Beleuchtung etwas düster. Echtes Plus, vor allem im Sommer: Großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank! Matratzen super gemütlich.”

“The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox...
