“We had a great stay. Although our initial room was clean and well-maintained, it lacked WiFi access. However, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and promptly moved us to a larger room with a fantastic internet connection. We were very pleased with the service. Additionally, there was sufficient parking available at the back of the property, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of continental options along with made-to-order hot food. We truly enjoyed our time there!”

“Perfect stay while visiting family in Aberwystwyth. Staying in a suite room, which had plenty of space, comfy bed and a small kitchenette. The location is next to the golf course and the club house is available for food and drinks. We used the driving range.”

Our room was very spacious and very clean we were in Suite 16 which also had its own car parking space which was very handy. We will definitely book to stay here again.”

“Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

“Loved the room (room 3) overlooking the park. Very comfortable bed and a very quiet spot. Parking is a bit tight! Nice friendly owners and nice breakfast.”

“The best part was the breakfast, very good and very polite individual. The room was cold, no hot water to shower, no one around to solve the issue. All in house amenities not in use. No bar. No service, no contact. It's 2 miles from town, so taxi us essential. It's the sort of place that picture perfect... But you'll only go once. Sorry for the bad review, almost recovered by the polite service and lovely breakfast.”

“Lovely spacious room with comfy bef”

“I booked into the hotel for a two night stay as a birthday gift for my wife and what we found was a wonderful experience. The room was ready early and was extremely clean, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also booked two reservations in the restaurant and I have to say the food was excellent and the breakfast each morning. The bar also had a great atmosphere. My only observation was that the room maybe could have done with a small fridge to keep the milk that was supplied...

“The staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. My partner and I stayed for our birthday (yes we have the same birthday!) and they decorated the room and left us a few freebies. Extremely kind of them!”

“We stayed at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning or telephone service in the room. As it was a very warm week during the heatwave, the room became quite uncomfortable and we had to request an extra fan. We also paid an additional £10 for a sea view, but unfortunately there was scaffolding outside the hotel building, which affected the view and was disappointing.
