“The Good - host check-in information was organized, communicated well, listing was accurate, space clean and nicely decorated, bed, pillows, and linens SUPER comfortable, pet friendly, kitchen well equipped, nice bottle of wine waiting for us!The Not as Good - unloading was a challenge because it was difficult to find street parking nearby, the area around the building is not so great and we were a little nervous walking our dog late at night, and building feels more like a dorm and is high...

“Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. ”

“I unfortunately don’t think this was worth 200. Loud upstairs neighbors made it hard to go to sleep. Mildew on bathroom stucco ceiling. Otherwise clean just not stellar ”

“My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,”
