“Stayed here as we were passing through. The beds were super comfy! We unfortunately were only here for about 7 hrs due to passing through but we would stay here again. ”

“Comfort Inn was well situated close to shopping and dining options. The most notable was the friendly and courteous staff. They were extremely welcoming. They do service your room unless you request at the front desk. The AC was a bit loud but efficient in this August heat. We will definitely be considering a future stay at this location again. Thx !”

“Went for a concert and a visit to Copperstown. The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well. Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away. Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse. A++”

“We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking. ”

“I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin. Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay. Check in and out very smooth....

“First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!”

"Il giudizio è condizionato da un aspetto importante, che però non riguarda tutti: l’occupazione della stanza da parte di tre adulti: inaccettabile. Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile. Ti senti le molle compresse addosso. Non va. Per il resto, mediocre."
