“Hotel and staff were great. Location is excellent but rooms facing street side are noisy. People were out yelling and partying on the Banff Ave until 1am (thus the ear plugs provided by the hotel left in your room). Next time we stay we will request a room on the parking lot side. We lreally liked our stay, minus noise at night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. ”

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”
