“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“What stood out ? The front desk staff - Matthew…. Hope I am spelling it right ! He has an excellent customer service skill. Absolutely outstanding . Warm, bubbly, informative, helpful. Actually I am speechless. We need more people with such attitude in today’s world . The rooms- they smell fresh when you enter, very clean , all amenities available , very comfortable . Our first night was a bit difficult . Turns out the hotel has thin walls . It was not at all their fault . It was next door...

“10 minute walk to downtown. Fridge stocked daily with wide variety of free breakfast items. Microwave. Large living area and bathroom. Nice balcony. Quiet. Would definitely stay again.”
