“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“Was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean and comfortable size for our family. Staff were very friendly, and the property was cleared of snow and ice making it easy for walking. The lack of dinner service until the 23rd of december as referenced on the website forced us seek food elsewhere, which was a bummer, but allowed us to check out other places. Was not clear nor informed if we could have been accommodated with lounge access but with minors, that seemed not possible. Family found the pool a...

“全て素晴らしかった。 中世の城の様なホテルですごす特別な新年となった。プール、スケートリンクなどのレクリエーション施設も充実。レストラン以外にも、意外とリーズナブルな軽食が食べられる施設がいくつかあった。 以前と比べてコストが10倍になってしまった事は残念だが、致し方ないのであろう。 何とか、年越しのパレードは再開してほしい。あれを子供に見せたくて戻ってきたのだ...”

“ダウンタウンの中心部最寄りの好立地。玄関、フロントはリノベ済みで非常にキレイ。部屋は、おそらくずっと昔のままの仕様。くらい、、、。ただ不快というほどではなく 快適。コーヒーマシンはネスプレッソで美味しい。 暖房入りの地下駐車！これは、冬は非常にありがたい。荷物の積み込みが半袖でも出来るだけでなく、-30度を下回る厳冬の夜にもブロックヒーター無しでエンジンが回る。ブロックヒーター装備がない車で外駐車の場合、最悪、車放棄になる、、、。これはバンフスプリングスにすらない利点。 致し方ないこととはおもうが、今のバンフは価格が高すぎる。この部屋のレベルでこの値段は少し残念にも思うが、しょうがないのだろう。半年前に予約を取ることをすすめる。 概ね、満足。”
