“I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property. Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.”

“Ben situato al centro di Banff, permette di accedere a piedi a tutti i servizi. Ben arredato e decorato. Camera spaziosa, pulita, comoda e con bagno funzionale. Colazione a buffet soddisfacente. Unica pecca, il sistema di riscaldamento molto rumoroso qualora si dovesse tenere in funzione anche di notte. Fortunatamente il calore accumulato di giorno ci ha permesso di dormire senza doverlo attivare di notte.”

“Molto consigliato!!! Esperienza molto positiva. Ottima posizione, molti ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Carina l'area SPA esterna, carina la palestra abbastanza fornita. Durante la permanenza la mia compagnia ha dovuto connettersi per un meeting di lavoro molto importante e dato che la struttura non ha un area adibita per business meetings, il personale le ha fornito una camera vuota per 3 ore senza chiedere un alcun supplemento, sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili.”

“The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The water spa was incredible- best facility that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Modern, impeccably clean, all the options you want- pool, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, private cabana area, drink service. Just excellent! Marc J, the Manager, was so welcoming and friendly. He even helped us book dinner reservations for the following night. The restaurant next door , The Fat Ox, had delicious food- had GF pasta with elk bolognese sauce!! Sooooo...

“The hotel is right on the Main Street of Banff and walkable to almost everything. Room was nice, but bathroom doors are just sliding and don’t close completely. Beds were comfortable. Our room overlooked the street below and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The unfortunate part were people in the street yelling and swearing until 3am and we could hear it all. ”

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“These are so close to the Johnston Canyon enterance. The canyon can be very busy but this loation makes it possible to beat the crowds in the morning. The cabins are cute and they allowed our dog to stay with us. As typical with the area, there were lots of bears so just be sure to practice bear safety while walking. Loved the staff too! ”
