“I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the room was never cleaned, when I asked the front desk for explanations they told me that it is a company policy????? this is incredible, I feel cheated. I hope someone solves it the problem.”

“I truly enjoy meeting the staff. All the ladies were so nice amazing I would recommend this place to everyone that travel. It’s not one of the best five star hotel but it’s still clean and is comfortable they make you feel at home.”

“Was excited to stay here because of the nice pool. Unfortunately due to rude staff, nails sticking out of the threshold to the sink, and terrible visibility turning out on the one way street that the staff chalked up the cities fault. An employee driving the transit van almost hit us when trying to turn out as well. My family and I only stayed 1 of the 3 nights we had plan to stay here and had to go through Expedia to get refunded. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan on leaving the hotel at all.”
