“They must’ve double booked and not made us aware. After driving through a snowstorm and arriving at 2:30 am, we were met with a locked door and eventually, people peeking out behind the blinds staring at us. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Host gave us code to home and then proceeded to ignore our messages when unable to enter property.”

“Unfortunately, this property wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping for. In particular, the bathroom wasn't great. I'm not a clean freak and even this was below my standards. There is nowhere in the shower to place shampoo bottles so you have to set it on the shower floor, which isn't very clean. Kristy hasn't written out any directions for the house which I think is common practice. The AC unit were confusing and directions would have been nice. “I wish we could have stayed here longer. We travel alot and have stayed at many different hotels, but this one so far is the best. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast amazing with many options. Location is perfect as well, no issue finding a parking space. ”
