I loved the smells and perfumes as first impression and for all my stay...I loves design and materials. Gym is really poor...not at the level of this hotel. I loved this hotel so much!

As in the previous times in which we have been guests of the structure everything was comfortable, a structure that would need some modernization but absolutely comfortable and well maintained... we will return again when we are in Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) again.

"The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look ..."

"There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great."
