“BEAUTIFUL ROOM!”

“We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

“The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that.”

“We reserved the room as we were planning to swim both nights, but the pool was out of order. Looks like it has been for a while. Went to the room and pull sheets and covers off to check for bed bugs like I do where ever I stay and the beds looked like they had mechanic’s green all over them, but no bugs. “We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great.”

“Great stay for a family, we enjoyed our time there and their breakfast is much better than most hotels we've ever been too (been to at least a hundred). I highly recommend this hotel if youre traveling to Detroit!!”

“Ok Hotel but some things seemed run down and lacking. Room had a strong smell of cleaners, there were holes in the carpet, the shower drain was plugged. The rooms are not too insulative from hallway noise nor outside.”

My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage.
