Hotel in zona Sturgis Estates, Rock Hill

“This is a great property. I didn't get an accessible room this time and probably chose wrong. The space to navigate the room with my adult son in an electric wheelchair was tight with 2 queens. Other than that, no complaints.”

“Kinda hard to find at first. It's actually attached to another property so it's kinda confusing but a great place to stay.”

“Room was very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Suggestion would be to offer complimentary coffee/tea throughout the day.”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Night staff had no control over excessive noise in the early morning between 3:00-4:30. People shouting.”

“Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff answered every question I needed answered. The breakfast was hot with scrambled or hard boiled eggs, waffles, sauage and more. Staff was constantly asking to help with whatever you needed.”

“A couple of the lights in our room did not work. The HVAC controller on the unit was dismantled. We figured out that the heat/ac was controlled by a wall thermostat. But, when they dismantled the controls on the unit itself, they might have left a note or sign. I just knew to look on the wall. Also, the refrigerator did not have a freezer. When we travel from Florida to head north for the summer, we typically need a freezer to at least refreeze the ice packs for our coolers.”

“Pool is closed. AC was off in the room. Took hours to cool it down”

“Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.”

“One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced! Though my stay was only one night, my family and I were extremely uncomfortable staying in this “run-down”hotel. I will avoid this location and possibly others within this chain at all costs!”
