“Lovely room, clean with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and everything provided that you would need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was despite the fact that they were dealing with flooding outside the pub following a storm.”

“The breakfast was, I’d say, better than in a Hotel Ibis. The food was, definitely, locally sourced. We reached Bruton and the Hauser & Wirth arts complex easily from this hotel. We also visited the Jurassic Coast, but that took us a whole day, and we returned by 10pm.”

“Really quaint old inn with lots of exposed stone walls & beams. Staff were super friendly & helpful - really warm welcome & nothing was too much trouble. Bed very comfortable & the small double room I had was perfect just for me. Food in the restaurant was delicious & there was a good choice. Breakfast plentiful, well presented & hearty. “Veramente caratteristico. Ben tenuto. Antica locanda in legno e pietra, i pavimenti sono storti, le travi a vista, bellissimo! Rimesso a nuovo, molto accogliente e confortevole. Ha il parcheggio. Siete in un tranquillo paese di campagna, ovviamente con la sua piccola cattedrale! Camere al primo piano (sono 8 in tutto), sotto pub. Colazione abbondante e tipica, molto buona. Ottimo livello di pulizia e gestori veramente gentili! Consigliatissimo”

“Stayed in the manor house although checked in at the Club reception. No restaurant open, just the Club cafe, which was disappointing. Huge room and huge, comfy bed with large bathroom.”
