“Staff English skills: poor to none. Booked Junior Suite, was given normal room, explained and they changed my room. Booked the same room type, second time after a 1 day break, was given normal room again, explained the issue, but they did not change as they didn't have any Junior Suite vacant. Only Google Translate could effectively make them understand that the situation is not normal and they should find a solution for the following nights. Rooms are spacious, but they are built cheap and...

“È stata un'esperienza quasi comica, un hotel... decadente. Tutto un po' rotto, ma alla fin fine funzionante per le mie esigenze: dormire qualche ora prima di un volo la mattina presto. Ho scoperto lì che la navetta per l'aeroporto non era gratuita per la camera da me prenotata. Dovevo pagare 150 bath e l'orario era troppo tardi o troppo presto per il mio volo. Ma mi hanno chiamato un taxi che è arrivato subito e mi è costato 70 bath. Con un po' di ironia e umorismo l'hotel è stato perfetto :)”

“チェックインの際ですが、最初私の予約が入っていないような感じでした。 よく調べてもらったらHotels.comでなく他の某予約サイトからの予約になっておりチェックインがスムーズにいきませんでした。 部屋はシンプルで清潔感があり良かったです。 外出しようと玄関に行きましたがロックされていて開かずにいたら受付の人が来て開け方を教えてもらいました。事前に説明が欲しかったです。 後日に外出しようとしたら急に強い雨が降ってきて、どうしようかと迷っていたら傘を貸してもらいました。ありがたい気配りでした。 立地ですがスワムナブール空港から比較的近いエリアで賑やかなところでなくお店も少なめです。 ちょうど着陸する飛行機の航路のほぼ真下くらいで飛行機がよく見えました。 買い物や観光などが目的の方はそぐわないかも知れませんが目的があえばとても良いホテルです。”
