โGreat quality hotel beside the Busan International Finance Center (BIFC). Definitely an upper end hotel in this area and 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. We got the triple bed room which has one twin bed in one room and two twin beds in another connecting room. Good view from the 21st floor and room temperature can be adjusted. Bathroom is good sized and clean. Buffet breakfast is well worth it, $25 CAD for adult and $19 CAD for 13 year old. We bought the Visit Busan Pass online...

"Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us.
The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the garbage!!! We had to live in the garbage for six days. They only communicate via email and their replies are pretty useless."

"Hotel scenografico, camera ampia e ben curata, vista impagabile dallโampia vetrata, solo quella vale il prezzo. Zona comoda se ti sposti con uber, ma se ti piace camminare non hai problemi a raggiungere il centro superando il ponte, viceversa potrebbe essere un poโ scomoda. Ma per struttura e camera ne vale comunque la pena. Colazione nulla di che per quanto riguarda la parte dolce."
