“We stayed at six different hotels during our Philippines holiday, and Lanson Place was our fifth stop. I am so glad I upgraded to a Junior Suite here—the room was perfect, big, spacious, and featured a beautiful view of the seaside. “The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. "apparently the hotel is nice, however there is a catastrophic detail that make this hotel terrible: the window are made with single glass. so during the day you hear noise and vibrations from the street. during the night, it is even worse. you hear the music from the clubs nearby and above all the motorbike runners between 3 and 4am. i was unable to sleep without ear plugs. the front face of the hotel that looks towards the Petronas Towers is even worse. there is a building in construction nearby and the noise from there is very strong. "

"Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization."
