“So to start off the lady who checked me in was not very friendly. Didn’t say much she ask for my id and card didn’t tell me how much the deposit was going to be so I had to ask. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. “Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc .
