“This is by far the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! Very comfortable and well thought out. Beds are luxurious and have quality linens. Decor is purposeful (not just random finds from yard sales). “I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated”

“For starters I was charged an amount different than my Expedia confirmation. I paid $16.50 extra for parking which I knew. How will I get a refund for the difference? Room had no cups and WIFI took a long time to connect. Very tedious. Only one person at desk trying to do a million tasks.”

“The hotel was hot everyday. Asked for a fan to be brought up and never was. We also asked for room service to clean our room and provided new towels and all they did was bring towels and place them on the bed. Will never stay here again”

“Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. “Hotel is clean. Pool was nice. Just bs that you have to pay to park when you are a guest. So add another $18 to your stay. Also no breakfast . For the amount it cost to stay at a Hilton this basic stuff should be included.”
