“Convenient location away from sketchy downtown area. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping including Costco”

“Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.”

“The hotel has become rundown and was in renovations. We did not see any notice of construction happening when we booked the location. The renovations are badly needed to bring the hotel to an acceptable level. While staying at the hotel, there was a vehicle that was broken into (smashed back window) at the rear of the hotel where we were parked. We started parking in the front of the hotel after this. The ceiling in the pool area was also hanging down and was not inviting to go to the...

“Staff was friendly. Althought we did request an upgrade but they must have forgotten. There was a leak in the bathroom. We hand to use towels to wipe away water in the bathroom through the night.”

The breakfast is not quite what it used to be but on par with what other hotels basically offer. Location is next to hospital and easy to get to off the highway so that's a plus. Staff is friendly and there's plenty of parking.”

“The concierge (P K) was very helpful! Parking was tight.. all rooms were booked for the whole week. Space taken up by large pickups but we always found room. Clean updated rooms & TV, plus full sized fridge/freezer. Would stay again!”

“Difficult to park at the building, off site parking across the street is easier. My wwife showered but exanation of the rubber mat provided on the bathtub floo revealed dirt and black fungus-like residue onthe underside The hair dryer provided by the motel in the bathroom would not work. The so=ca;;ed buffet breakfast was a disappointment. By 8:00 a.m., all the scrambled eggs were gone and no staff member was available to replenish that item. Two coffee-cream containers were also empty...
