“Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. “This place is a gem! There is a bus that is a block away and takes 20 minutes to Stansted Airport. The room we had was wonderful: beautiful bed linens, Turkish bath robe, lovely decor, and a beautiful, healthy, breakfast in the fridge that included a very fresh and attractive fruit platter. The little touches like the coffee machine, toaster, and excellent bread, butter, jams, fresh milk, pretty china cups and plates, made us feel we were in a real home. Martha Stewart could not have done...

“We have stayed at the Marlborough before on our travels in 2025 and when we retuned this year 2026 we wanted to stay again but longer this time. So glad we did everyone one was kind and friendly and new what they were doing. the pub itself and the rooms were excellent and vintage. The area of course is wonderful. All service, food and beverages top class. We plan on returning possibly next year and will likely stay even longer. Thank you.”

"Il check-in ha richiesto parecchio tempo perché l'autobus dal l'aeroporto era pieno e c'erano molte persone che arrivavano contemporaneamente. Non tutti i terminali per il check-in automatico funzionavano. Il personale era gentile e disponibile e la camera era in linea con le aspettative di un Premier Inn. Il bar era ottimo e il fish and chips era tra i migliori che abbia mai mangiato!"
