Welcome to our premier Airbnb in Sudbury, Ontario! Immerse yourself in the art of hospitality at our professionally managed, beautifully renovated 3-bedroom haven. With a king bed, hot tub, game room, fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, and cable, we provide all the amenities and more for an amazing stay. This property is located in the family-friendly neighbourhood of New Sudbury.

Living Room: The living room has a nice sectional with a smart tv. The smart tv has cable and you are more than welcome to log into any of your subscriptions. The living room also has a nice sitting area for other guests to sit back and enjoy a nice book, relaxation, and views from the window.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen that has everything needed to make a home-cooked meal. We want our guests to feel like they are at a home away from home. We have a seating area that will comfortably fit 6 guests. We are also fully stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, and everything else that would be needed.

Bedrooms: Our bedrooms consist of a King Bed and 2 Queen-sized beds. They are comfortable and come with freshly washed linens, pillows, and blankets. We know how important sleep is and we want to ensure your night is comfortable.

Bathrooms: We have 2 full bathrooms at this location. One with a bathtub and one with just a shower. Both bathrooms have toilets and are stocked with toilet paper, towels, soaps, and all other amenities.

Downstairs: We have a fun downstairs area that all guests can enjoy. There is a tv with cable, a poker table with plenty of cards to enjoy games, a ping pong table, and a dart board to pass some time. There is also a bar area where guests can mingle and enjoy the entertainment.

Backyard: The backyard has a beautiful hot tub that guests can enjoy, and there is a patio set and a bbq for guest use. The bbq has utensils as well. We supply propane, you just have to bring the food!

Laundry: There is laundry at the house available with laundry pods provided.

Garage: Garage access is not allowed to guests.

It was difficult to read the house number, as it was painted over then redone in small size. Inside, the house was immaculate, but the landscaping needed attention. The kitchen was perfect and has everything we needed, but a couple table lamps in the living room would have made that space more inviting. King bedroom mattress, linens, and pillows were very comfortable - we slept well. Hot tub jets could only be adjusted for 1 side or the other, not both. When we had difficulties with the control panel, the host replied to our concern immediately. We used the BBQ for grilling and appreciated it's BTUs to sear a fine piece of beef.

This is a very comfortable house with very comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean.Check-in was very easy and convenient. Kitchen is well equipped.The hot tub did not work seamlessly, but this is nobody's fault and the host responded very quickly to get it fixed.Parking inside the garage is a big bonus.We will definitely stay here again.

The VRBO was in a great location and had 3 bedrooms as promised. Kitchen had necessary tools for BBQ. Paul & Paul were great at responding to messages and helped us through the quirky hot tub challenges. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the patio was nice. A few notes would be to remember to restock things like toilet paper and paper towel for the next guest. We had a few rolls but didn’t want to risk running out with a larger group. Air conditioning worked well and almost too well in the basement. Showered worked well but could downstairs one could do with a clean but all very functional. Grass in the backyard could use a trim. We had a great time and were pleased with the beds that were quite comfortable. Thank you Paul & Paul for your great hosting :)

All in all great place, spacious with a nice back deck. Would come back with kids and have a great time, great usage of the basement. Tables and chairs were'nt the best or lack of hand towels. Enjoyable for sure !
