The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with a smile (and that goes a long way when you're in holiday mode!). Room service? “During our stay at the hotel, my wife and I fell sick and had food poisoning. I was impress by one of the staff when I called them at 5am and requested for some assistance; I asked if I can purchase a ginger ale at that odd hour to help relief me and my wife stomach discomfort. To my surprise a staff I believe by the name Lin came by my room in an instant, delivering some ginger ale and some hot water. This helped me recover. Throughout my stay, I would get wellness calls by the manager to see...

“The resort services are good. Very kind and nice the staff. The apartment, not really new, is efficient and enjoyable even if not fully equipped (kitchenware). Ordinary cleaning was ok, while the heavy cleaning was really disappointed: webs, dust on the window blinds and window glasses.”
