Surely being a brand name casino, BALLYS, they would ensure their hotel bearing their name would be nice...nice enough even for a small Mississippi casino. It was bad. It looks like they bought an old motel that just happened to be connected to a casino. I was surprised there weren't hourly rates. It appeared Ballys/Hilton tried to update it with newer looking carpet but it didnt take away from the complete lack of upgrades anywhere else. ...
