“When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests.”

“Rooms are a little dated but very clean and well maintain. Beds are comfortable. It is a good alternative to staying in Margaret River which is only about a 30min drive away. There are several dining options just about a 5min drive away near the Busselton jetty. Its close to many of the attractions in the area - and view points etc”

“Loved it. So peaceful and quiet. Very private rooms, looking out onto green grass and trees - such a nice escape from the city. Absolutely loved our three course meal - food came hot, steak cooked to perfection, the prawns were so yummy that some of our plates were suspiciously clean at the end. I really like having a big wardrobe so I can hang up clothes and not live out of the case, and it was even big enough to put the case away - so that was good. Thanks for having us!”

“Friendly staff and great food”

“Good sized room with small kitchen, washing machine, 2 tv and air conditioned. Only thing missing is a drier. Walking distance to Coles, short drive to town centre and the jetty area, where there is a good selection of restaurants.”
