“During our stay at the hotel, my wife and I fell sick and had food poisoning. I was impress by one of the staff when I called them at 5am and requested for some assistance; I asked if I can purchase a ginger ale at that odd hour to help relief me and my wife stomach discomfort. To my surprise a staff I believe by the name Lin came by my room in an instant, delivering some ginger ale and some hot water. This helped me recover.
