“This was our absolute most favorite place to stay so far. We walked to dinner. Location is close to everything but not jam packed with people. Room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the amenities anyone would need were provided. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Hot tub was great for an evening soak even in the rain! Property was clean and cute as could be. Only downfall you could hear every noise from upstairs,but was only there for a short time so nothing major,would definitely rent again in the future ”

“The instructions upon leaving said to leave nothing perishable but someone left juices and other stuff in the fridge. I have pictures in case I get blamed and charged. There was also bread and sweets left on the counter, we were unsure if that was also from a previous visit or not and we threw them away out of concern that if we left them we would be charged for not following the departure rules. The place was full of flies, we got about 8 flies and some ladybugs our first night and just gave up...

“The view was wonderful. We were on the 2nd story of #1. It was quiet, had a fire place, jacuzzi tub, full studio. Only snafu was we were supposed to receive an email from expedia with the code. There was a number to call at the property so it all worked out.”

“The history of Roscoe is fascinating and the building this VRBO is in is just perfect! The room has been updated just enough…the old wood and features keep it historical. We’ve stayed in 2 rooms in this old hotel and love both equally! Great stay!”
