“There is no staff. No one there at checkin. We had trouble with getting into the room. Room lacked electrical outlets and a table for a laptop. Wifi never worked for the three nights we stayed there despite a number of calls. We were in a building across the street and the wifi didn't work there, It did in the main building. The guy on the help line blamed my ineptness for not being able to connect to wifi. My wife couldn't connect and also our neighbors in other rooms. Stay in a hotel...

“I would not recommend staying at The Pegasus International Hotel in Key West. During our stay, the room above us flooded, sending water into our room and soaking some of our belongings, including my CPAP machine. We were forced to move rooms in the middle of our vacation and were repeatedly told the manager, Sandy, would contact us. I asked several times during our stay and was always told, "tomorrow." After checking out, I left two voicemails, sent two texts, called the hotel, and emailed...

“Such a lovely house and property. The view of the ocean was right outside the back porch. The swimming pool was also great, shaded in the afternoon. There's even an outside shower by the pool to rinse off. I love that it's salt water, not chlorinated. The host was excellent and answered questions quickly. My only complaints are the bed in the 1st bedroom was not very comfortable and 2 outlets in the kitchen don't work. ”
