“The room smell like cigarettes and for a non-smoking room it was very, very strong My grandkids had a problem sleeping in there because it was too much of stale cigarettes”

Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps ”

“Noone at night guest do whatever they want party 1am to 6 am loud music playing. Air conditioner not working was loud banging and motor reving. ”

“On street parking was extremely accessible and the caretakers did a fantastic job of making sure we had a spot right out front. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and other tractions in a less than 5-minute walk.”
