“The hotel is quite new, and the staff was very friendly. There were some minor issues in my room, such as light switches not working properly but in general I had a very good stay. The breakfast buffet is small but more than enough, with veggies, egg, toast, etc. The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but approx. 20mins walking distance to Sükhbaatar Square, which is easilg manageable. A supermarket is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. ”

“Great home base for our time in Ulaanbataar. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and had something different each day. The main square and all the museums are a reasonable walk away and there is a supermarket right across the street. I stayed in another hotel slightly closer to the square for the same price which was much less comfortable.”

“The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. “Buona struttura, migliore rispetto ad altre prenotate da familiari. Buona pulizia delle camere e nel contesto le stesse di buona qualità. Addetti alla reception molto disponibili per il ceck-in anticipato e nel cambio della camera per aggiunta di un nuovo ospite. Buona anche la colazione, sebbene pagata per tre notti ma usufruite tutte.”

“The staff were pleasant and helpful but the hotel was badly maintained and the building was not soundproofed. It was very noisy even when other guests were doing perfectly reasonable things such as using the bathroom. There were parties during the night and the restaurant generated a lot of noise. Not a good place to visit if you like sleep!”
