“The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Wonderful rooms, clean, confortable, silent, with city views. Good wifi. We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person.
About the Recepcion, our Check Out was quick and the boy was very gentle. But the Check In was not good because the woman in the Recepcion was not welcoming, not even a smile or a Good Afternoon, just orders and...

“I had an excellent stay at the Ulaanbaatar Hotel. The check-in was efficient, the staff were very courteous and professional, and the check-out was quick. The room was comfortable, warm, clean, spacious and well equipped. The daily breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. “It is near a number of Embassies and consulting firms like KPMG or Deloitte, so quality of foreigners is somewhat better than other places with mostly English teachers or companies of mining/manufacturing/construction industries.
It has three restaurants downstairs and were mostly modest Mongolians who seemed to be from well educated/disciplined families.
There is a club-ish lounge for young people across the road but people were not loud or trashy around the entrance as I experience in US...

“1. 한국인 단체여행객 손님이 많은거 같았습니다.
2. 카드기 넣으면 자동으로 커텐이 열리는데 커텐을 닫고싶으면 오픈버튼을 눌러야합니다.
3. 침대는 일반호텔처럼 푹신합니다.
4. 옆방 소리가 선명하게 들리는게 단점입니다.
5. 현관쪽에 차단기가 설치되어 있는데 이게 고장이났는지 누전이 되는지 자꾸 전기가 꺼져서 화장실 변기사용에 어려움 있었음
6. 이전에 쓰레기가 처리되지 않았고 머리카락이 바닥에 떨어져있는 등 청소가 부실함
7. 조식은 많이 부실한것이 사실임.
전반적으로 만족은 하지만 호텔관리자님은 시스템들을 재점검할필요성이 있습니다,”

“Zolo hotel var veldig fint, store rom, rent og fint. Generelt var bygningen gammel. Servicen var kjempebra. Ca 15-20 min å gå til sentrum, så hvis man ønsker seg noe sentralt så er nok ikke Zolo ideelt. Men gå avstand fra toget hvis man kommer fra Irkutsk/Ulan-Ude. Det som kunne økt komforten var AirCon.”
