“Our flight was delayed, so we found this hotel to spend the night. It's a very nice, comfortable hotel with a lovely pool where you can watch the sunset with your feet in the water.”

“We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...
