Welcome to our beautifully renovated single-level ranch house, designed in a charming modern farmhouse style. Perfect for families, friends, or a relaxing getaway, this home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and offers a blend of comfort and style.

**Living & Dining Areas**
Unwind in the spacious living room featuring a large sectional sofa and an 80-inch TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open-concept design flows into a stunning kitchen with a breakfast bar and a 6-person dining table, perfect for shared meals and creating memories.

**Master Retreat**
The luxurious master suite is a true haven, complete with a California King bed, a private living area with a sleeper sofa, a workspace/makeup bench, and a spa-like bathroom with a tile shower and soaking bathtub. Additional AC window unit to for your comfort.

Guest access
You are free to use all unlocked spaces. For your safety there are four spaces that are reserved for property management and are locked: the closet in the dining room, the basement near the garage door, master living room closet, and first stall in barn. Please do not attempt to open the locked doors on these spaces.
Other things to note:
We are open to events and gatherings. Our attached pole barn offers a large covered space for outside activities. Hunting is also allowed on property during hunting season. We are in Zone 2 in Independence County. Please check Arkansas Game Commission for season dates and limits.

We enjoyed are selfs. Felt quite comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was nice and clean. The master bathroom bed was great. The second room beds were good. The bunk beds in the third room were not comfortable. This house was stocked well. With maybe just needing more pots & pans for cooking. But overall was the right place for us. The store isn’t very far if you need goods. The grill worked well. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
